These Terms govern use of our website and purchases of our digital products. They apply together with the product description, applicable product licence, Refund Policy and Digital Delivery Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

2. Products and Requirements

We sell digital products, including ebooks, guides, templates, spreadsheets, workbooks and downloadable educational materials.

No physical products are shipped.

Each product page describes the content included, language, file formats and relevant software requirements. Please review these details before purchasing.

Third-party software, subscriptions, platform accounts, coaching and installation services are included only where expressly stated.

We remain responsible for supplying content that meets its description and applicable legal requirements.

3. Orders, Prices and Payment

You must have the legal capacity to purchase and provide accurate checkout information.

Before paying, review your products, email address, billing details, currency and total. Applicable taxes collected by us are shown before payment. No postal shipping fees apply.

We accept your order when we expressly confirm acceptance or provide access to the purchased content, whichever occurs first.

If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will inform you and refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled purchase without undue delay.

Price changes do not retrospectively affect accepted orders. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.

Your payment provider may apply its own conversion or transaction fees.

4. Digital Delivery and Assistance

Products are delivered electronically according to the method and timeframe stated on the product page, through download links, emailed instructions or online access.

Where immediate access is offered, supply normally begins after successful payment and any required consent process.

If you do not receive access, check your spam folder and contact sergebollar@gmail.com with your order details.

We will assist with incorrect email addresses, broken links, missing files and corrupted content. Reasonable purchase verification may be required.

Download limits, access periods and included updates are those stated in the offer, without limiting obligations imposed by law.

5. Permitted Use

Unless the product licence states otherwise, your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for your own learning or internal business use.

Where commercial template use is expressly permitted, you may create customized outputs for your business or clients within that licence.

You may not share, resell, redistribute or publicly upload the original files unless expressly licensed or permitted by law. Commercial use of customized outputs does not automatically permit redistribution of editable source files.

6. Educational Resources

Our educational products do not guarantee income, sales, advertising performance, examination success or any particular result.

External platforms may change their rules, features and fees. Check current official requirements before applying educational material.

Driving guides supplement learning and do not replace local road rules or qualified instruction.

These statements do not reduce our responsibility for supplying content that meets its description and applicable law.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom generally have 14 days from the conclusion of a digital-content contract to cancel, subject to applicable exceptions.

For immediate digital supply, this right may end when supply begins only where all legal requirements are met, including your prior express consent, acknowledgement of the loss of the cancellation right, and the required contract confirmation on a durable medium.

Accepting these Terms alone does not provide that express consent.

To exercise a statutory cancellation right, email sergebollar@gmail.com with a clear statement that you wish to cancel. No reason is required. You may also use any other method available under applicable law.

We do not offer an additional unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee.

For faulty, missing or misdescribed content, we will provide the remedies required by law. These may include restoring access, correction, replacement, a price reduction or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Refunds are issued without undue delay and within applicable legal deadlines. For a valid statutory cancellation, we will issue the refund within 14 calendar days of being informed of your decision.

Refunds normally use the original payment method without a processing fee. Another method may be used with your express agreement, where legally permitted and without additional cost.

Where a purchase is fully refunded and the contract cancelled, you must stop using the content and delete downloaded copies. Associated access may be disabled, subject to law.

8. Website Use, Privacy and Shopify

You must not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, copyright infringement, malware distribution or unauthorized system access.

Keep account passwords and sign-in codes confidential.

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Your purchase contract is with ALLURA MARKET LIMITED, trading as ZONORD, not Shopify. Using third-party providers does not remove our obligations to you.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is processed. Acceptance of these Terms does not constitute consent to optional marketing or non-essential cookies.

9. Availability and Liability

Website access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance or technical issues. We will take reasonable steps to address problems affecting purchased content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Your mandatory consumer guarantees and remedies remain unaffected.

10. Changes, Governing Law and Contact

Updates to these Terms apply to future purchases and do not retrospectively reduce rights under an existing order.

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain mandatory protections applicable in their country of habitual residence and access to courts available under applicable law.
