Downloads and Access

If you have not received your download or access instructions, please check your spam, junk and promotions folders first.

For a broken link, corrupted file, missing content or incorrect product, contact us with your order details.

If an error message appears, include its wording or a screenshot. Please hide any personal or payment information.

All ZONORD products are digital. No physical items are shipped, and no parcel tracking is required.

If you entered an incorrect email address, purchased the wrong product or need help with an existing order, contact us as soon as possible.

We may need to verify your purchase before correcting order details or restoring access.

Cancellations and Refunds

To request a cancellation or refund, email sergebollar@gmail.com with your order details.

For a statutory cancellation, a clear statement that you wish to cancel is sufficient. You do not need to give a reason.

Please review our Refund Policy for the applicable conditions. No postal return is required for digital products. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
